Product Description
Incorporate Braille into playtime - or even bath-time - with this 26-piece set of colorful toy turtles. Each plastic turtle features raised, jumbo Braille dots on its back, as well as the corresponding print letter engraved on the bottom.The turtles fit easily into the palm of a small child, without being too small to pose a choking hazard. Turtles are in different colors, with the Braille dots centered on the back and raised about 2MM. Braille letters are embossed on a rectangular block on the back of each turtle and are always oriented with the head of the turtle facing away from you. Letters A through Z are included.
Combine turtles in multiple combinations to teach your youngster reading or to reinforce pre-literacy skills. They also float, so if your child enjoys playing with toys in the bath-tub or pool, they will be perfect for that!
