Product Description

Most bulls in Spain grow up dreaming of the day they can go to the great bull ring and fight. But for one wise old bull named Ferdinand, Summer means warm days spent under his cork tree, smelling the beautiful flowers. Well, his nephew, Ramon, admires his wise uncle, but the other, younger bulls set out to prove to everyone that Ferdinand couldn't fight, even if he wanted to. They tie his tail to his tree, pull up his flowers, and spoil his food. Still, the old bull remains calm and refuses to fight. Soon, the bullies grow tired of tormenting Ferdinand, and decide to pick on Ramon instead. Unfortunately for the mean-hearted bullies, they've bitten off more than they can chew, for Ferdinand isn't about to stand around and let his nephew get hurt. In the blink of an eye, the bullies are about to learn just how wrong they were to make fun of Ferdinand the peace-loving bull.

For ages 4 to 8.
