Directions for theTalking UFO Clock From Future Aids, The Braille Superstore.
After inserting 2 AAA batteries into your new clock, we recommend placing it in your lap. Because of the top's round, dome shape, this helps hold the clock steady while you set it up.
You will find 3 buttons between the two rubber feet that double as talk buttons. Position the clock so these 3 buttons are closest to you. From left to right, the buttons are Mode, Minute, and Hour.
When in normal mode, press Hour to select the alarm sound of your choice. Press Minute to set the time format, either 12-hour or 24-hour. Press and hold Minute to set the measurement unit for the temperature, either Celcius or Fahrenheit.
If you press Mode once, a beep is heard. Press the Hour and Minute buttons to set the Time.
When you press Mode a second time, another beep is heard. Press the Hour and Minute buttons to set the alarm.
Press Mode a third time, to enter the Features menu. Press Minute to turn the Alarm on and off. Press Hour to set Hourly Report.
Press Mode a final time to return to normal operation.
Now that your new clock is all set up, turn it over and set it on its rubber feet. Whenever you want to hear the time, just press down on the clock.
Happy Time-telling!
