    Product Directions

Directions for theBeeping Softball From Future Aids, The Braille Superstore.

Our Beeping Softball is your ticket to playing softball or baseball - whether you have low vision or no vision. Below are a few tips to help you get started:

    1. Locate the on/off switch on the ball and flick it to the ON position.
    2. Now you can touch or shake the ball to make it beep.
    3. The beep sound automatically turns off after 2 minutes if the ball is stationary.
    4. To recharge the ball after a game, simply use the provided cable to connect the USB port to a computer/laptop or any other similar source. Charging time is only about 45 minutes!

Caution: because this ball contains electronics, treating it with care during game-play will extend its life. Try not to have the bat come into direct contact with the on/off switch or the USB port. Similarly, playing in the pouring rain may cause water or dirt to make its way into the USB port and damage the unit.
