Your new Bread Cutter Board will help out with the slicing part!To use, place a loaf of bread on the left-hand side of the board, between the guides that keep it from sliding around or falling off. Fit a knife into any of the slotted guides on the top of the unit. Then, simply slide the bread forward, cut down, and remove the slice when finished. It's fast, accurate, and safe ... every time!

General description. A practical cutting aid designed to help you cut straight and safely even if you have impaired vision or co-ordination difficulties. The cutting aid makes cutting simple and safe by holding the object to be cut in a secure and stable position.
Orientation. This Cutting Board has a rotating bar which is marked with raised dots, to determine the thickness of slices - 1 dot is the thinnest slice and 4 dots is the thickest. A knife (not supplied) is then inserted into the slicing guide.
Using the cutting board. Rotate the bar to the required thickness, push bar down so it is flat against the board. Line up the item to be sliced against the bar. Insert a knife in between the guides and slice downwards.
This product is dishwasher safe.
